Holly Towers has been with Christian Services of Oklahoma since 2008. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Holly has a passion for helping children find loving, Christian families through adoption and foster care, and empowering families to provide the care needed to raise the children who come into their homes. Holly manages the day to day operations of Christian Services of Oklahoma, as well as working with strategic partnerships within the community to mobilize faith families to engage in the issues of adoption and foster care. She also conducts most adoptive and foster parent orientation and education sessions for Christian Services of Oklahoma.
Holly has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family Studies and Child Development from Oklahoma Christian University and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Before coming to Christian Services, Holly worked at the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. While there, she worked with infants and young children who were prenatally exposed to alcohol and drugs and their biological mothers. She also has experience as a therapist working in the areas of child trauma, substance abuse recovery, post traumatic stress disorder, and child abuse and neglect. She is trained as a therapist for the Seeking Safety Model, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Parent Child Interaction Therapy.
Holly currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of the Oklahoma Adoption Coalition, a statewide coalition of licensed adoption agencies focused on promoting ethical adoption practices in Oklahoma. She also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Shine! Honduras, a non profit organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Honduras.
Holly is married to Lance and has one daughter, Olivia. In her spare time she loves traveling, reading, writing, spending time with her friends and family and playing with her daughter.
Marcia Drew, Office Manager

Marcia Drew joined Christian Services of Oklahoma November 2011 as our Office Manager. She has a wealth of professional experience in the credit union industry and brings us expertise in client services and business operations. Marcia has served in many other capacities as a mom, child care provider, care giver, pre-school teacher and now as “Grammy”.
Marcia possesses a paralegal certificate from Old Dominion University and is formerly the Credit Union National Association’s senior administrator for collateral protection in the state of Oklahoma. Previous to that she worked as an operations manager, loan assistant and senior teller in credit unions and banks in Oklahoma and Texas. Beyond her professional affiliations, she was a founding member of Colorado Christian School in Colorado Springs and served as an adjunct house parent at Central Texas Children’s Home, and today she actively serves as a volunteer assistant to Oklahoma Christian University’s Office of International Programs and as a member of “The 300” dedicated to ensuring the success of the Predisan medical mission in Catacamas, Honduras.
She is married to Don Drew, Dean of Graduate Programs at Oklahoma Christian University, and they have two children, Lauren, who is married to Josh, and Stephen. The latest addition to their family is their grandson, Mason. Marcia and Don have lived in Oklahoma City since 1994 where Don retired from the United States Air Force. They were able to travel the world which gave Marcia the opportunity to experience being a mother to numerous cadets at the USAF Academy, lead women’s groups, and serve Christ in whatever ways were needed at the time.
Holly Edwards, BS, Foster Care Specialist/Community Outreach Coordinator

Holly Edwards has been on staff at Christian Services of Oklahoma since December 2010. She currently works with the foster care program and assists with community outreach. Holly has a BA in Sociology with special emphasis in corrections and juvenile treatment. Her prior experience in this field includes case management with emergency foster families at Sunbeam Family Services, direct care work at Oklahoma Centennial Mid High alternative program, White Fields and High Point, and intake coordinator for the counseling program at Sunbeam Family Services.
Holly is married to Tim Edwards. Over the last couple of years, Tim and Holly have been honored to mentor and provide residence to several special young men that God placed in their lives through their involvement the community. Tim and Holly have no children at this time, but have open hearts to where God would lead them next. In the meantime, they stay busy (and hairy) with a houseful of dogs that they have rescued.
Outside of work, Holly is very involved at her church, volunteering on the Host Team and the Prayer Team, participating in local mission projects, and facilitating a life group. She also enjoys hosting family gatherings and game nights, spending time with friends, researching do-it-yourself projects (with the hope of one day actually completing one!), photography and crafting, reading, writing, and eating Tim’s wonderful cooking.
Brittany Orr, MSW, Adoption Coordinator

Brittany Orr has been with Christian Services of Oklahoma since 2010. She is a Masters level Social Worker. Brittany has always had an interest in adoption. She feels that adoption is a beautiful way to create families. Brittany is Christian Services of Oklahoma’s Adoption Coordinator. She provides adoption counseling to women in unplanned pregnancies. Brittany also provides domestic and international home study and post placement services to adoptive families.
Brittany has a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma. She completed an internship with Christian Services of Oklahoma in 2010. She has worked for Christian Services of Oklahoma since graduating with her bachelor’s degree.
Brittany is currently a volunteer monitor for the OK- AIM program under Tulsa Advocates for the Rights of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities. She volunteers her time to ensure that people with developmental disabilities live quality lives and receive the best possible community-based residential services.
In Brittany’s spare time she loves to read, run, bake, hike, and spending time with her friends and family.
Jordan Sanchez, BA, Foster Care Specialist

Jordan Sanchez has been with Christian Services of Oklahoma since 2011. She loves working with children and families and is very excited to be working for us. She is working with our Christian foster families to provide loving and safe homes for our foster children. She learned about our agency in high school and has been interested in it since. She feels honored to be a part of our agency and the families with whom we work.
Jordan is currently in her last year of graduate school. She will graduate in May 2012 from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s in Social Work. She received her Bachelor’s in Spanish from Oklahoma Christian University in 2009. She worked in special education with Edmond Public Schools for 2 years. She also completed an internship at Rose Rock Academy, an in-patient treatment facility in Oklahoma City for children with Autism. These experiences served to strengthen Jordan’s desire to work with and for families and children with a broad range of needs.
Jordan is married to Trey Sanchez. In her spare time she loves watching sports with her husband, working out, reading, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her 3 dogs and cat.
